About ten years ago, someone gave me an old Columbia Commuter 2 "Take-Apart" bike, made in Holland. I've been very curious to know how old it is, but the bike lacks a serial number that I can use as a reference. Has anyone heard of this model? Is there a reference that can tell me more about how long Columbia imported these bikes?
Thanks for any information.

I'm looking to find out what models Schwinn produced in 1957. Can anyone tell me or tell me where to look? I find them here and there on the web but not a complete list. Any help would be great. Thanks

| I'm looking to put a date and any other info readers may have on a Cleveland Weling Roadmaster....bottom bracket is marked F35684, both hubs are black not chrome-front is a New Departure, back is marked "ECLIPSE MACHINE DIVISION, ELMIRA N.Y. - 04 35". The rims match the frames paint(maroon w/pinstriping). Chain Rubber tires, half rouund bars, skip tooth. The bike looks very original having been in the same basement since the 1940's. Any details welcome!|
