WANTED:   Arai Brake Shoes posted by: Stacey on 11/10/2001 at 11:20:39 AM
It's been a tough job but I've managed to complete my mission... Identify the maker of my drum brake hub. It seems to be made by Arai.

Does anyone know of a source for replacement shoes for this unit? Or, where I can get the pair I have re-lined?

I have a Goodyear Columbia Vintage Bicycle. I was wondering if these bikes have any value. It seems as if it has all of the original hardware and the original paint job (Blue / white). The bike has flat tires and a couple small "dings" on the back fender. Thanks, in advance, for any information. (I know it is hard to judge without a photo, sorry) If you send me your e-mail address, I can send you a photo of it.
