Cool bike. Look in the archives here, I've seen Camaro discussions over the years. BTW, you've spelled Camaro correctly, but I have seen some people spell it 'Camero', so use that spelling, too when searching the archives.

WANTED:   Tandem cruiser posted by: goose on 5/8/2001 at 9:04:18 PM
I am looking for an old tandem under $300. It can be a fixer upper but I want it to ride with my daughter. I have scanned the country it seems and I just cannot locate one like I want. I would prefer a simple single speed balloon tire or not.

MISC:   Sturmey archer Rear 3-spd hub posted by: Calvin Roberts on 5/8/2001 at 5:52:59 PM
I need some advice on a price on a hub.
It is a mint 3-spd rear hub, 28 hole, and it's also a dyno-hub.
I think I saw 'AW' on the shell.
Any advice on the value on this would be appreciated.

FOR SALE:   schwinn 3 speed womans breeze and mens 3 speed racer 3 sp posted by: keith on 5/7/2001 at 9:21:19 PM
These two bikes are 1966 models are totally original, rust free and run great just some small scratches, breeze is red racer is black.Any idea on value?I'm tired of hearing if it's not a stingray it's junk.Thanks,Keith.

RE:FOR SALE:   schwinn 3 speed womans breeze and mens 3 speed racer 3 sp posted by RolloRides on 5/8/2001 at 4:56:48 AM
Those bikes are not junk. They are 45 years old and probably still great riders.

Sting-Rays are for hotwheel and beanie baby collectors. There's nothing wrong with a Breeze or a Speedster. They are USEFUL and UNIQUE riders.

As for value, if clean, original and functional, I would say around $65 for the Breeze and around $95 for the Speedster.

Who's gonna be cooler on the boardwalk: a dude in spandex with a $1500 bike, or a dude on an old Speedster?
