Hey guys, I have a good condition Schwinn Panther and I believe it to be early 60's. Does anyone know where I can get confirmation of what year, and price guide by condition?
Thanks for your time..

Also any minor restoration tips for chrome wheels would be excellent!

WANTED:   Rudge Sports frameset, 23-in posted by: Russ on 2/23/2003 at 10:42:21 PM
I'm not too picky about the vintage or cosmetics. I'd like a 23-in Rudge Sports frameset in structurally sound condition for a project I have in mind. Relatively inexpensive would be good. Surely someone has one that's been stripped for parts somewhere! Thanks!

FOR SALE:   1980 ROSS CATALOG / PICS OF SUPER GRAN TOUR posted by: Joe on 2/12/2003 at 10:37:06 PM
(reposted)
I am looking for a copy of a Ross Bicycle catalog, I am interested in the road bike section inorder to restore my Gran Tour and Super Gran Tour. I need to know which components belong on the two bikes. Many parts have been swapped around an replaced over the years. I f someone has a catalog that they would like to sell, or is willing to copy me some pics and specs on these bikes please email me at:mckishen1@netzero.com.
Any help would be most appreciated.

I am most appreciative of all of the responses I have gotten, I have a good idea of what I need to find.
I am in need of a pair of Sakae Randnner/Road Champion handle bars, a set of early Shimano 600 calipers, and if I can find one a good 25" Super Gan Tour or Gran Tour frame since the SGT frame I have is looking like it has an internal rust problem in the rear stays.
Thanks again, Joe
