MISC:   1970 Iverson Grand Sport 10 posted by: Glenn on 4/15/2003 at 7:01:00 PM
I am the original owner of the Iverson bike in the subject. It is a male bike with SuntourHonor gear system and 27x1/34 front and rear tires. The color is chocolate and it is in very good condition. Does this bike have any value?

RE:MISC:   1970 Iverson Grand Sport 10 posted by mc on 4/18/2003 at 1:10:57 PM
I just gave one away to a homeless person. It's a real tank among bikes. Stamped dropouts, heavy-gauge steel, may be worth something to a collector in 20 yrs, but I would't get too excited about it now. If it's a good rider, enjoy it.

I have a tank from a disastrous eBay transaction. I personally think it's in horrible condition. Maybe you could make use of it until you get a good one. Am willing to send it to you for the price of postage plus a small amount, if on seeing it you think it's worth more you can up the ante. Richard

MISC:   3 Wheel - 2 Seater Bike posted by: Neil on 4/14/2003 at 6:26:52 PM
My uncle has this bicycle in his garage that has not been used in almost a decade. He was considering selling it. This bike has three-wheels and has two small bucket seats that are side-by-side. This bike has a set fo pedals for two occupants and has a rectangular bar that extends from the fron wheel pivot area for one or both riders to steer. There is no serial number and there is a label on the front with the name "Whitney Marine 3+2" and underneath the name is the year 1973. My question is if somebody could provide me with information regarding the name or manufacturer of this bike and if this bike is considered a collectible. I apprecite you taking time to read this message. Thank you.
