I have a 1967 Jaques Anquetil brand bicycle in good condition and am curious about its history and possible value. I believe it was one of the first bicycles with an alloy frame and center pull brakes. It has tubular tires and campagnolo front and simplex rear dereilleurs. Any help would be appreciated.

MISC:   70's suspension bike?? GRACO? posted by: travis on 6/19/2003 at 5:07:32 PM
I have an old bike my father bought for me in the very early 80's. I believe it is from the 70's. It has coil rear shocks, oil front shocks, single speed, different sized front and rear rims on it. I think it is Graco or Krayco bike. Does anyone have any info on these bikes?

Thanks

FOR SALE:   Dayton bicycle for sale posted by: Ty on 6/19/2003 at 12:55:09 AM
After searching the net for info, I believe I have a prewar girls Dayton Dixie Flyer. The head badge says Dixie Flyer, distributed by Huffman Manufacturing. Some features are front fender light, tank horn, rear carrier, Troxel seat,New Departure rear hub, skip tooth sprocket. The bike had a Bay City bicycle tax tag attached to the frame, dated 1942. I have had this bike completely apart and found 1 ballbearing broken in the front axle. The frame on this bike has brazed or soldered joints. It has been repainted, and has some new parts like handlebars, pedals, and handlebar grips. I still have all the original parts though. If you might be interested, drop me a line. Thanks

FOR SALE:   Rangerette Ladies Bicycle posted by: Yvonne B. on 6/17/2003 at 5:44:48 PM
I've recently acquired a Ladies Rangerette Bicycle - I need information on it. The only visible number on it is on the chain guard: BMA-6. It's in wonderful shape with original tires, grips, seat and lovely electric blue paint and original fenders. There are two picutres of a cowboy with a lasso on the body one in blue and one in red. Does anyone have any info on this bike, especially the year?
