i have a chance to by a 1960 vintage bicycle built for two very good condition for $400.
i want it for my wife and i to ride.
is this a fair price?
thanks to all..
What kind? Pretty general question. At that price level I would expect you could find a clean newer (70s) Schwinn middleweight tandem such as a Deluxe Twinn and maybe have some cash left over, but a '60 may be collectible. A 60-vintage lightweight tandem in good shape would be worth much more; a one-speed coaster-brake bike such as the 1960 Schwinn Town&Country would be a nice buy. Buy it, ride it.
HI I'M SELLING MY 1936 MONARK SILVER KING ON EBAY
Hi everyone,
I'm selling an 1896 1st edition of Bicycles and Tricycles by Archibald Sharp over an online auction site. If anyone is interested please let me know and I'll send the relevant link to my auction.
can anyone please help me find (or tell me where to do the research) an age on a certain serial # A85862
I think it is a rollfast bicycle, it has a skiptooth sprocket, it was completly sandblasted and primered about 10 years ago, and I want to restore back to completely original condition down to the decals!!!
can anyone help me with information or parts for this bicycle?
