| I have recently come across a turn of the century (last century 1800-1900) Indian Racing Bike. It has wooden wheels with metal spokes. No brakes. BSA is the front sprocket (British Small Arms???). It is in tremendous condition considering it's over 100 years old. The gentleman that owns it is 85 yrs old and the bike belonged to his grandfather. He is interested in selling it. I have no idea what it may be worth. I'll try to get some pics. Anyone have any info (ie website) on where I can get more information. I have searched web but everything sends me to Indian motorcycles. Thanks.|

| Does anyone have catalog photos from Sears of their bikes from '65 to '70? I remember seeing that 10 speed Spyder bike in that catalog somewhere around that time frame. It was a metallic purple, 10 speed, boys Spyder bike with two little black shifter knobs on it. If anyone has any information or photographs of this bike, PLEASE contact me! Thanks! |
I guess you haven't checked the Picture Database here on oldroads.
There are a bunch of Sears Spyder pictures in there, including a 10 speed Spyder with the double shifter knobs.
