There are at least two of these currently on ebay. One is item number 6544350583. You can find the other by searching for tandem in the collectible/transportation/bicycles category.

WANTED:   Single lower bar cantilever frame posted by: Richard Herrick on 7/8/2005 at 2:01:12 AM
I am building a bike out of parts but recently found that my frame with two bars at the bottom of the cantilever will not accept the Phantom Horn Tank repro that I bought. I need a single lower bar cantilever frame of any make as long as it will accept the Phantom horn tank. I do not need fenders or fork or chainguard.

If your tank is the phantom type teardrop shaped tank, it should fit the frame you discribed. Are you sure you have a Schwinn frame?

the Tornado had the double bottom bar, and I wouldn't expect the Phantom tank to fit...
