I need a Raleigh enclosed chain case.Thanks
I got this ugly old bicycle last week and i have no idea what make,model,year,ect...it is.
The handel bars look like BMX freestyle or maybe Powerwing.
Almost looks like Schwinn sting-ray,but the number on frame does not match to any i have found on net.
Also kinda looks like 1970 Yamaha bicycle close on frame and seat(still is not this bike)
The seat reads MX TROXEL the fenders are an almost like a realy hard plastic.
the sticker on frame in front of seat reads AIM in small letters and has a big S under it.
Some one has added a motor to this bicycle(I belive)I dont think it was made with a motor because it looks like a Bicycle.
If you think you can help me in any way Email and i will send pic or serial number.
Anything will help
I have a Raleigh Super Grand Prix that I purchased in the early 80's. It was made in England and the gear shift is at the end of the handle bars. I don't know where to look for a serial number. The only number I have found is 4532. I haven't ridden it in awhile, but it is in very good condition. It naturally needs some cleaning up and the tires replaced. It hasn't been in the weather, just in basement storage. The color is ligth blue. It is a men's bike about 21."
are you wanting to sell this bike or ride it?
Im looking for a nice set of curved trussrods w/bracket for a 40's /50's boys rollfast..Thanks,I can send pics of the style...
I ran across a old schwinn this lady has out on her farm. I never seen a bike like this she said that it was a old mail delivery bike. It has the schwinn logo on it with a small tire in the front with odd looking handle bars. Does anybody know what I'm looking at. Was there a bike made just for delivery and what year would this be in.
OH YEAH!! Its a Schwinn Cycle Truck.Did you buy it??They used cycle trucks for delivery of all kinds. They were also used in factories for tool and die repairmen to carry thier tools. The had many uses.Marty
Schwinn produced Cycle Trucks way back in the mid to late 40s,and I have seen CTs the were made up to 1967.Chuck if you buy it I would be interested if you want to sell it.Thanks Marty
