FOR SALE:   Sears Roebuck Screamer 1969 posted by: davin on 9/28/2007 at 3:44:55 PM
I have a purple, near mint screamer, NO RUST, original everything for sale. The bike is complete and I would be willing to let this go at the fairest price offered to me. this website has a condition "2" listed at 675 and this is quite likely closer to condition "1". The tires are orginal and not cracking, chain has no rust and this bike has been stored close to 20 years in an air conditioned storage facility. This is the cleanest antique I have seen in a while. I am a bike mechanic here in town and have babied this bike very carefully, there are some very minor scratches on the stickers on the seat tube and that is it. Please ask all question by e-mail and thank you for taking the time to read this. I can e-mail photos for closer inspection.
