You can try the classifieds at www.schwinnbikes.com/heritage/ but I doubt you will find them much cheaper. These are 40+ year old parts that are no longer made. Would you expect to buy parts for a Mustang or a Cuda cheap?

That's a BSA Paratrooper bike.
They were also made in the US by the Columbia Bicycle Company and called COMPAX. See the picture database and search the archives here for more information.

The BSA cycles had a curved frame while the Columbia frames had straight tubes.


They weighed about 40 pounds. I can appreciate their benefit once you're on the ground, but I cannot fathom jumping out of a plane with one on my back.

Note the USA version was by Columbia.

The Brit version was made by BSA (British Small Arms, Company) they made rifles, too

Campy NR groupo have about 1500 miles on bike Replaced seat and handle bar tape and head set, plus wheels using the original campy low flange hubs All else as new and original
Serial # 835 .campy equipment 1974. weinman 500 brakes Cineli bars. all cables and campy guides as new. All gold pinstriping ect as new . A few stone chips on rear stays and chain stay. Color is medium metalic blue
frame set was bought from a pro shop in Dayton Ohio and assembled at a shop in Marion Ohio
