Looking for information on ladies 26", hot pink/chrome, external 5 speed Hewie. Has tag that says made in W. Germany. Has front quick change hub and has a rear handcuff lock with key. Any response would be appreciated.

I actually have an old Hewie myself! It's was originally a 10 speed (5 rear), blue mixte, and it also has a tag that says W. Germany. I thought I might have the only one still in existence until I saw your post! All I know about the bike's origins is that it must have been made around the 60s, judging by the original components. Good luck getting more info!
