MISC:   Miyata 310 posted by: Will on 5/15/2008 at 7:22:46 PM
I'm planning to sell my Miyata 310 road bike. It's in very good original condition and mechanically sound, complete with all original components with years of use left in it. But, then again, its an early 80's bike and has a few scrapes (nothing serious). Anyone advise on what's a fair price to ask?

Harris carries them, but you should ask your local shop first.

WANTED:   Speedometer drive posted by: George on 5/14/2008 at 5:58:16 AM
Trying to find an old speedometer drive, the unit at the end of the cable, that runs on a ring type gear which clamps to the spokes with 3 clamps.the ring gear is about 3" in dia. and came off an old unit that was probably purchased at Western Tire around 1947 or 48. I have the head unit ,cable, and ring gear but no lower drive. e-mail me at thimmaker@comcast.net. The units that mount on the axle will not work on an old Monark Springer, only one that clamps to the fork. Thanks, Geo.
