Admittingly, I have picked up strange bikes before, (I need to stop doing this?) but this one has me going, it's not so much the lack of information available on the internet (well, maybe just a litle) but mostly it's the great condition of the bike. I now own a early-early 90's General Pro, Fred Blood signature BMX bike. It is a chrome and black framed 19.5 top tube with redish decals, it's equiped with an ACS rotor and freewheel, Araya rims with Joy Tech 48 spoke high flange hubs, a full 4130 CroMo frame and CroMo 180mm one piece cranks (nondescript black plas pedals) Anlun 4 bolt black stem and White 44t chainwheel, Dia Compe Tech 4 handles w/ DiaCompe Nippon front brakes (w/wienman adj) and DC AD 990's mounted under the chainstays. All the brake pads and the front tire appear original and everything is in great shape! So there is the market value question, exact age question and the more difficult "Shouldn't my parents have warned me about picking up strange bicycles" question. All comments will be read enthusiastically!
