AGE / VALUE:   Help

Posted by Dalelwry on 11/6/2008 at  6:06:55 PM

I have what I think is a mid to late 80's GT Frame. But I really have no idea. It is all crome with no identification markings on it except for 2 sets of numbers on the front of the frame. They are N2975469 and M0 005366. Could you please point me in the right direction on finding out what I have.

Do you still have that frame and is the main down tube bent at the top towards the head tube or is it straight to the tube? You may have a racing frame or a freestyle frame

Everything is straight. I have come across what I think are the fork and neck. The fork has the number 5 on both sides of it . The neck was made by SR and has Japan c-85 with a height of 0.833 not that that matters. That 2nd serial code number should have been M05 005366
