Am interested in getting some new tires. 26 X 2.125 balloon whitewalls. Would prefer the old U S Royal chain design if someone is re-manufacturing them, otherwise open to other nostalgic suggestions on where to find them.

WANTED:Huffy Miss America Bike or Bike Photo posted by: Tammy Borst on 3/6/2010 at 11:46:34 AM
I had a bicycle in the late 60's early 70's that had the banana seat and short sissy bar. The seat was red and white striped with stars at the back end of the seat. The handlebars had the red, white, and blue streamers hanging from them. I do know for a fact that the bike was called The Miss America as it was written on the chain guard. I also know that the bike was issued in different colors and configurations, but the one I had was the commerative one issued right around 1969-ish to 1971. I am interested in either purchasing the bicycle or at the very least a decent black and white (but preferably colored) picture of the bicycle. If anyone can possibly help me out, I would appreciate it. Please contact me via email and then we can exchange phone numbers, etc.

FOR SALE:Custom Vintage Triplet For Sale posted by: Larry on 3/6/2010 at 8:55:56 AM
I have decided to sell our custom built 1960's frame(s) triplet as our grandchildren have outgrown the bike. I built this bike using Western Flyer frames and many custom fabricated or modified parts. Anyone who has seen this bike at shows will tell you it is a feat of engineering. The bike features steering and brakes from all three positions, cast alloy wheels, and a vintage Hot Rod / Rat Rod pinstripe treatment. I am asking $1,000 for the bike and can deliver it within Southern New England. I am located in Rhode Island. Note that this bike is 9 feet long and is primarily for use on level surfaces like paved bike paths, etc. Please contact me if you want more photos or have questions.

RE:FOR SALE:Custom Vintage Triplet For Sale posted by Larry on 3/21/2010 at 5:48:21 AM
I will bring the triplet to Monson if anyone has an interest in buying it. As for trades, I will consider reasonable offers. I will likely put the bike in long- term storage if no one has interest in the next few weeks.

RE:WANTED:dill pickle bicycle huffy posted by Amy on 6/25/2010 at 6:13:59 PM
I have one. Needs some tlc, but not much. Has original everything, as far as I can tell. Banana seat is in great shape. I am looking to sell it for what it is worth, but I've had a hard time finding the value of it. I've had it for a decade and feel bad that I can't put the energy and money into it, would like it to go to a good home where it will be fixed up and used. :)
Amy in Astoria.

WANTED:1960s Columbia tandem tension pulley posted by: Paul on 2/28/2010 at 12:52:20 PM

RE:WANTED:1960s Columbia tandem tension pulley posted by Tommy on 3/3/2010 at 8:46:48 AM
I had this same issue on my Rollfast tandem. I ended up using a pulley from a derailleur and it has worked out great. I did have to take a couple derailleurs apart before I found one to fit. If your tensioner is marked with a name then use that brand name then it will be easy if that company also makes derailleurs. Good luck.

No, you are not crazy.
Here are some pics of a Columbia Mustang I used to have.
I have seen pics of your bike, as I recall the graphics
were the same except it was a Pony (maybe for girls?) and
was baby blue.
Where to get one, I do not know, but good luck!
