FOR SALE:   Old bicycles for sale posted by: Marc on 11/16/2009 at 12:34:44 PM
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Got some nice pretty complete bikes for sale. In order to save having to type everything again, I will just have the links to the craigslists ad's that I just put up. Bikes are in Boise, Idaho. Prices do not include shipping. Will not know exact shipping charges until I package. Probably in the 50 to 80 dollar range. I usually ship in two boxes. Usually cheaper that way. You might have to cut and paste the craigslist ad's to your web browser. Marc

Hi Larry,
Your bike is vintage! You didn't describe it but I can say it is an Austrian "Puch" sold by Sears in the 60's and into the 70's. What color is the frame? Is it a 3 speed, or does it have a derailleur? I have a Sears "Puch" 10 speed equipped with a Reynolds frame and a fine Italian deailleur. The 3 speed Puchs are much more common but nice bikes and have quite a following among bicyclists. Have fun with it! Cheers, Bill

Vaterland is a German Company that has been making bikes for many years. You can do a search for these bikes, but probably have to translate from German.
Search; " Vaterland fahrrad " [ Vaterland bicycle ] & folding bike in German is " Klapprad ."

Sorry. No pics right now. The tires/tubes are fairly new. Schrader valves. Rear rack. Kickstand. Water bottle. Reflectors. Mirror mounted on handlebar. 10-speed. Blue. Probably the right size for anyone at least 5'8" tall (its slightly too big for me and I'm 5'6" tall). Contact me [rdp617@hotmail.com] if interested.

If you are still interested, I have one i would consider selling. It needs new tires, the original ones shattered into pieces in our last move. I am not sure of the exact condition, it has been in my attic for the last 10-12 years and I have not looked at it in quite some time.
