These can be used on original or restored bikes such as Colson, Rollfast, Columbia, Roadmaster, and many others. They also look great on custom and rat rod bikes.. Aluminum housing can be left with the brush finish or polished to a mirror like shine. Price is $25.00 each and shipping is free. I accept Pay Pal, but prefer Money Orders.

FOR SALE:   Red Imperial posted by: Joan on 7/1/2009 at 3:57:32 PM
I am selling my red, (womans)Imperial bicycle and wondering what it's worth. It's in perfect condition. It has a Dunisko Wein label below the seat. It has front and back lights powered by the back tire, a bell on the handlebars, and white tires! I don't know what year it is. Can anyone tell me what it's worth? I have pictures upon request.
thanks, Joanie

WANTED:   Women's 70's Raleigh Sports 3 spd 19" posted by: Sarah Ettman-Sterner on 6/25/2009 at 12:12:26 PM
I'm looking for a vintage bike in good shape, with original components, circa 1970's. My ideal ride would be short like me(19")with Sturmey-Archer thumb gear, 3 speed, blue. I had a Raleigh Sports at Wheaton College in the 70's and it was stolen from storage. I would love to find a replacement for my fun bike. Thanks!

hi sarah,

i have a refurbished 1973 Raleigh sports, women's 19" frame. it's in raleigh green (sorry not the blue you seek). i just replaced all the 3-speed hub internals with brand new-old-stock parts, and all the bearings on the bike have been dismantled, cleaned and repacked. it has brand new kenda gumwall tires that look the part of this vintage ride. it has brand new brake bads and new stainless steel brake cables while retaining the original brake cable housings for historical correctness. it is in perfect mechanical condition, and looks fantastic for its age (has the usual scratches and dings, mostly on the fenders). it even has a new front basket and bell.

if you send me your email i can send you pics.

FOR SALE:   Vintage Schwinn Debutante For Sale posted by: Jim Rafferty on 6/24/2009 at 8:42:38 AM
I have a Schwinn Debutante 26" girls bicycle for sale. It was built 9/1/1960, from the serial number and is in what I would call average condition, missing only the headlight. It still has the original tires, so they might need to be replaced. I've found an indication that the value would exceed $300, but would entertain offers from someone who could appreciate it. I haven't figured out how to ship it yet, but can do so to the right buyer. It's in Paducah, KY. Call 270-554-5498.

Hi, Found this on this site and thought you might find it useful in lieu of your stating you did not know how to ship your bike. Good Luck and hope your bike sells and that you now have the hoe-to's to ship to go with it.

Have a great day/night/weekend!

Hi Again, Sorry if I offered info out of place if you were talking shipping companies and not how to pack it. Maybe it will help someone else if it is not what you were meaning.

Again, sorry if written out of line of what you meant.

Good Luck!
