Try this, it's the first picture in the album:

This forum does strange things from time to time with some characters in web addresses.

Not sure of the model but it looks to be from the early 60's and in very nice shape.

FOR SALE:†††Vintage Thistle Tricycle posted by: Tove Schmidt on 6/11/2009 at 5:37:39 PM
I have a vintage Thistle tricycle for sale. It is mainly red with some white on it. I believe it is from the 1940's and I also believe that it was made in Canada. It is missing one pedal, but other than that it is in good shape.

MISC:†††Diamond Formula Bridgestone posted by: Shawn on 6/8/2009 at 9:39:42 AM
I have a Diamond Formula Brigestone bike. It's in pretty fair shape. The main problem I have is the cassette has some play in it, makes a clunking noise. I would appreciate any possible solutions. Also, any info you can tell me about this bike would be appreciated. Any buyers who are interested, please inquire. I can send photos or answer questions about this bike. Thanks! Shawn

Do you mean cassette, or is it a freewheel cluster? Clusters are usually replaced when they fail. Did you talk to your LBS? If it's a cassette/freehub, it's not what I'd call vintage.

You asked if I talked with my LBS, what is a LBS? What's the differnce between a cassette and a cluster? Please understand that this is all foreign to me. Thanks! Shawn

LBS is local bike shop. They could explain all this stuff. In any case, unless you have the specific tools to maintain these parts yourself, you'll need an LBS.
I guess I shouldn't have said cluster. I meant freewheel cluster. Read this:
http://sheldonbrown.com/free-k7.html
"The terms "freewheel" and "cassette" are often used interchangeably, an error that causes a lot of wasted time and money."
"This particular page is intended to help you determine which type your bike is equipped with, because there is a great deal of confusion about which is which."
If you want to learn about bicycle technologies from the ground up, start with
http://sheldonbrown.com/glossary.html
Also note the links at the bottom. I'm happy to help you find this stuff, but Sheldon put his whole life into it.
