WANTED:   bike wheels posted by: Jack on 3/12/2009 at 5:08:54 PM
Hello
We are looking for old wheels for a project at our Church.
We really ONLY NEED THE RIMS, so the condition of the spokes or tires is of no importance to us.

If you have any laying around we will come and pick them up. ANY SIZE and material. HOPEFULLY we could get them so free????

You can E mail me Jack, at Jackbenson3@yahoo.com or call me at 206-518-3636

Thank you,
Jack

WANTED:   Mid to late 60's Raleigh RSW compact 16" posted by: Dore Thornton on 3/6/2009 at 7:43:42 PM
I found one of these bikes in the rafters of house I use to rent years ago. I restored it and ended up falling in love with it. Unfortunatly It was stolen from a friends house and only now, after years of grief, can I start to consider starting over with a new "small wheel".

FOR SALE:   Raleigh bicycle posted by: steve tabor on 3/6/2009 at 1:50:10 PM
I found a Raleigh 21" single speed,28"wheel,bike with enclosed chain and rod or linkage brakes new in the box in Singapore back in 1993.Unfortunately it was not the original box, however all the parts were there.I used to be a bike mechanic so I had good tme asembling the bike . the only modifications I made were the rear brake guides (I used the chinese ones, the work better)and I used innertubes with schraeder valves although the pump is still set up for the original valves.I rode the bike around singapore a little bit but since 1995 it`s been in my garage.I,m not sure what the serial or model is or what year it is but it is black (of course)and it says All Steel Bicycle on the chain guard I,m not sure where to find the number stamped on this bike but needs to be cleaned up so hopefully I will find it then ,but if any one knows where I should look I would appreciate the tip.I don,t think it,s on the bottom bracket. Thank,s
