Call me anything you want you obviously are so wound up with bitternees and judgement that anything I say and explain to let you know the what and why won't matter. Go ahead and call me names. I guarantee you that life is too short for to be consumed by the judging and hatred that have consumed you.

I am sorry to all who are offended by my needing to create a new email address. having said that i am also sorry i ever got into the hobby. By the sound of it apparently so is everyone else. I will be getting out of the hobby now as it hurts too much to be involved in it anymore with remarks such as I have received and been accused of. Recently this past Friday a very dear close and personnel friend of mine and of my parents was senselessly killed on his way home from work by a inattentive driver. I am no longer able to function and can not comprehend all that has and is happening to me just in this year alone. Life is too short. It is also far too short to accuse people and make judgements and accusations of them and who they MUST be. This hobby has turned into something dirty with people putting too much on themselves and what they have and you can't have. I used to love fixing restoring and riding my old bikes but I can no longer do so without people accusing me of deception and unscrupulousness. I shall sell off what I have then i will start a new hobby. One that will lead me to a better and closer relationship with THE only thing that will matter at all in the end...GOD. Goodbye.

WANTED:   non-schwinn banana bikes wanted posted by: sean on 3/26/2008 at 12:12:58 PM
I am looking for the following bikes and parts for these bikes:

Murray Eliminators(swoopy frame style), Murray Firecats, Kingkats and other Murray choppers, Iverson Dragstrippers, and possibly other stuff like Huffy and off brand banana bikes. I also would like parts and any pieces for a Huffy Red Baron Bike. I need alot as I have only a chainguard (not nice, good only for reference, too mangled) and the plastic german cross that attaches to either the handlebars or the rear seat support. I will need at least a correct boys frame and good chainguard, a picture of a complete one would be great.

I like the way you accuse and belittle people just because you don't know something. its people like you that give the bike hobby a bad name. And just in case your wondering a*&hole my email address had a fatal error and I was forced to start over. *&^% you, jerk. You must have real self esteem issues. Not gettin' enouf lovin? Next time find out the facts about something before you go shooting your fat mouth off and trying to ruin someone elses reputation by your thoughtless hatred.

I didn't mean to accuse or belittle you of being a scammer. I simply asked if you were a scammer due to the multiple e-mail addresses posted in one week. It's a valid question and no need to have a knee jerk reaction to it.

Would you be interested in trading this bike for a 1968 Schwinn boys stingray 5 speed stik shift. The bike is complete and has ALL original parts, including the hardware and tires (tires are in good condition). The bike will need to be painted and re-decaled and a better seat. The original color was coppertone and the bike has a good set of coppertone grips. Let me know. vanfunandmore at yahoo.com

It has a head badge that reads it was made in New York by Snyder Bike. Feaures include 5 speed stick shift,Ape hanger handle bars. coppertone paint and a black banana seat with a white strap. I am looking for any info I can get. It is in very good shape (rider) a ball park value would be great. I can't find any info anywhere.

Mike, most of the Mohawk bikes were manufactured by Rollfast. Even though they are not very common bikes, they are not that much in demand (compared to Screamers, Krates, Rails, Slingshots etc.). Top value for a 20x20 3 or 5 speed in C-7+ would probably be $250-325 or so.
