I recently purchased a AMF westpoint 5 speed,it looks identicle to my avenger 5 except for the westpoint name. Does anyone have any info on why its called a westpoint instead of a avenger 5,I also seen a aerobee single speed 20 inch with westpoint on it too. Jeff

Mike;
i have one too, with original paint and in mint condition, i paid a grand for her back in 2000! considered a good deal, if urs has the same original mint paint, seat and pedals, oh and tires, it could be way more than mine, which has repro tires and seat!!good luck, yeah on ebay they average around a grand to $1700. depending on how original and mint bike and accessories are.

One west german muscle bike was the Royal Sport Jet Star as seen on the NE Muscle bike museum. It has a triple tree fork similar to an Iverson Road Runner. I've also seen in person a west german bike called an Executive with a triple tree fork.

WANTED:   Ross Apollo 5 speed stickers/Tires posted by: Matt B on 5/5/2005 at 7:00:25 PM
I have a '74 Ross Apollo 5 speed. The downtube stickers are ripped. Anyone have NOS or reproductions? Also, I am looking for the correct tires for this bike.

Anyone know which tires came on this bike? I think they were reflector sidewall tires.
