I have for sale a 60~s era Gitane tandem racing bicycle that is in EXECELLENT condition. Everything is original except for the tires. I replaced them with a Kevlar weave to support the weight of two riders. This bike is bright green with no rust at all. Make a offer!!! Pictures are coming soon.

Hi, when someone wants to know more about Jawa nomad folding bike, You must search "ESKA E622". Or try this site http://www.sterba-bike.cz/en/

I have a JAWA-Nomad bicycle made in Czechoslovakia. The tires are white wall (20 x 1.75 x 2). On the seat there is a  medal badge that says "CROWN". The bike also has a working light system both front and rear that operates by a generator when the bike is in motion. There is one hand brake and also pedal brakes. Other than the two flat tires that need air and the broken rear tail light plastic cover the bike is in very good condition. The fenders (mud guards) are chrome with no rust. The body is blue. What do I have here? I found it in my Dad~s attic when he moved. he is 88.

I didn~t realize Jawa made bicycles as well as motorcycles but it~s not surprising since so many companies made both (as well as other manufacturing too).  Ask your dad if he bought it and when.

It appears that the bike was bought in England in the late 1970~s but before 1980 probably used. That is when my sister moved back to the States.

Interesting find.I have owned a couple of Jawa motorcycles over the years. They were very solidly made.Almost too solidthey were heavy.Do you have any pics?I would be interesting in seeing what it looks like. It~s too bad about the tail light lens. You won~t likely find another soon.Pretty rare bike.

any idea what the Nomad Jawa folding bicycle is worth?
I have one in green that I might be ibnterested in selling.
It has a storage rack in the back and the original seat. It is made in Czechoslovakia.

My bike is blue and also made in Czechoslovakia. It too has a rear storage rack and the original seat. I want to replace the rear taillight. Do you know to get parts? My grandson loves it!
