I found an old cmm in a barn the other day, it has 28" wheels and the biggest handle bars ive ever seen.
I've looked up the serial number on the internet and it comes up as a 1931. The serial number is SV6420, i would like to know if that is correct and maybe even what model it is. I would appreciate any help thank you.

Can you clarify the tire size? Can the imprint on the tire be read?

The tire size is 28"x1-1/2 the tire make is swallow if that means anything.
