If you are still interested, I have one i would consider selling. It needs new tires, the original ones shattered into pieces in our last move. I am not sure of the exact condition, it has been in my attic for the last 10-12 years and I have not looked at it in quite some time.

I am in Montreal Canada and have a Jockey Cycle. One of the rear tires is split but it can be fixed. I am selling it because my children no longer use it. It is in great condition. Make me an offer
