I have a Concord Trailmaster 15 serial #5099321. Under that number are GO485. the bike was Made in Taiwan and figure it to be somewhere from the 80's. I can't find anything on this bike or the company that built them. I also had a Concord Raven 12 speed. I just need some info on Concord bikes and/or the company. Any info you can give would be helpful. Thanks, Jack

They were made by the Kuwahara bike company of Japan. They were the manufacturer for other companies too. I've got a Cocord Freedom Deluxe Selecta 12 and was just in the process of trying to find out where it came from when I stumbled across your message. Hope that helps, but I can't seem to find any other info either.

I have a Concord Trailmaster I purchased new in 1982 or there abouts. I still have it. I rode this bike for many years doing centeries and cross state rides. I plan on buying a new bike this year and have not decided what to do with it. It needs to be in my hall of fame but what is that?

I'm the goto guy in my neighborhood for restoring and adjusting bikes. I was just given a woman's Concord Mixtee 10 speed. I am not familiar with this particular Japanese brand. It has the interesting thinner, double upper-tube construction. This one is rough but looks like I can get it ride-able with some TLC and some elbow grease.

I have 2 Concord "Freedom 76" Limited Edition, Bicentenntial 10 speed bikes made in 1976. They are indentical except 1 is 31" and the other is 33". These bikes are 34 years old and have been in storage for the past 30 years. They are 100% original with "Sun Tour" componets, Dia-Compe brakes and "Araya" 27"X 1-1/4" rims. They are in excellent condition with only a few nicks. All decals are clean with no fading at all.
I'm working on removal of all components off of the frame for cleaning and I'm tuning them up. The only changes needed and I will be making is changing the handlebar tape and new tires and inner tubes on both bikes.
They were made for Americas bicenntennial and of course are painted red, white and blue. These bikes are more for the collector then for daily riding.
These bikes will soon be for sale. Pictures available soon. Anyone interested?

Just got a deal- I feel it's a deal- on a classic Concord Selecta 12 in black! Works great- will work better after some brake tuneup (new pads, cleaner rims), etc. Solid O12 lugged frame assembled with circa 1980 Japanese precision! Will post pics when it's a nice day and cleaned up some...
