If you are referring to the spring type carrier with the 360 degree flashing dome light, I have one (minus the light). It was used on the Cosmic Flyer and I think possibly on the Strato Flyer.

Not enough info, Rob.
Look at the balloon tire bikes in the picture database on this site. That will help you get started.

you think you might be able to tell me what years the are by the #'s. from what i can tell the #a93616 has a brass schwinn badge, spring front end with key lock pointed sideways.has the full size chain guard with the schwinn round logo at the bottom. also has the schwinn pedels with the cross at the end.
the girls bike i think could be a 1950 autocycle. the paint sceem is the same as that year along with the head badge. i could send you pics if you like.
thanks for your time, rob

AGE / VALUE:Huffy Escape posted by: Elias on 5/6/2006 at 3:35:59 AM
Hi all. Just picked up a rather nice looking vintage huffy ("escape" according to the chainguard), serial number HC2845935.... I'm guessing from all I've observed here and elsewhere it's a 62 (doesn't look elaborate enough to be a 52, too "cruiser-y" to be a 72) but I wanted to check with those who know more than me. It has a rear rack, "bullet" light mounted on the handlebars and a basket (dunno if this was factory or aftermarket). Just looking for any information anyone has.

The Stamped # on this frame is H33516.
I'm thinking this is a date code.
I'm new to this, I'm trying to figure out what I've got here. I appreciate any input. Thanks.
I've got pics, if needed.
