could be a late 70's early 80's magna cruiser. the serial # should give you a pretty good idea. are there any cracks or rewelds on the bike? how are the drop outs? I might give you a $100 for it if it's in decent shape and you wanted to sell. peace. by: 74.131.204.177 |
Early Littlejohn cruiser 77/79ish. by: 68.125.109.242 |
Looks like a Gary Littlejohn to me as well. Jim by: 68.191.182.5 |
Phase 3 came out with the same style frame. They are a private bike shop and had a few decent riders in the early 80's. Phases's and a littlejohns favor each other except the bow in the top bar is a spitting image of a phase 3. if you have a Phase 3- it is an outstanding frame. A little heavy, but in that era it was acceptable. by: 69.30.63.18 |
i side with the magnacruiser crew...or something. had a cruiser class 26 chrome something in 82. converted to 4spd with bar end shifter or shortrise-crossbarred spmething. had yellow hubs/red rims . through bicycle exchange, fairfax va 1982. check jim strang in vienna va by: 24.165.163.18 |
I used to have a Gary Littlejohn 26 and that frame looks identical. Cool frame but the front end geometry was crap. by: 63.72.12.7 |

Hello. I’m looking for a bike made by either Spiral or Amerport. The bike was new around 1984. Have you ever heard of these manufacturers? If so, could you tell me where to look to possible find another? I’ve attached a picture of the bike if that helps. If you don’t know about the bike do you know about the wheels? Thanks so much, Eric |
Eric I have an old spiral bike that looks very similar to your picture. It is white instead of black but has the same red accents, red rims, and red tires. Let me know what you think and I can send you a picture. Mike by: 72.86.4.135 |
