Are you Still looking for a Robin Hood bike/parts? I have one in great condition -- and all of the badges and decals are intact (so your son's name will be all over this Raleigh). I am planning on listing it within the next few weeks (probably ebay / member name zulu_lulu). So. . . if you're interested, send an eBay message (I always have something listed).
Thanks, Kat

WANTED:   Schwinn Varsity Sport 1977 posted by: Carol on 7/18/2003 at 8:12:54 PM
My daughter had a Schwinn Varsity Sport model 767 bicycle. The serial number is MM536683. It originally cost $130.95 in 1977. We were wondering if we should donate it or if anyone would want to buy it. I would really appreciate some information. Thanks.

I added the word info. on because I realize that my message title did not convey that I am looking for information. Thanks.

I am really messing up. Upon checking the bike again, I realized that it is a Schwinn Collegiate, not a Varsity Sport. The cover of the booklet that came with it had a Varsity pictured, and that caused the error. Sorry.

FOR SALE:   "BIKE PALS " Checkered flag mirror posted by: Kevin K on 7/18/2003 at 6:47:52 PM
Hi all. I bought a 1967 Schwinn bike this am with this mirror attached to the handlebars. Looks to be about same vintage as the bike. It is not mint but really pretty nice. Made in Japan stamped onto handlebar clamp. Again not mint but I would think a strong 8 of 10. Email if interested at kbcurvin@aol.com. Thanks, Kevin

email me a pic and maybe I can help. There is a book available it's really copies of sears catalogs with the higgins bikes. Info is limited on higgins, they are obscure which is why it peaks my interest in them. They are not common like schwinn.
