| Currently listed on eBay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3627082268&category=310&rd=1 Vintage 1992 Fat City Cycles "Monster Fat" Mt. Bike Frame. I am the original owner of this classic 21” (large) black steel frame. The frame comes with a Rock Shox Judy DH front suspension fork, a Control Tech A-Head Stem, Answer Handel Bar, Dia Comp brake levers, Grip Shift Shifters, Shimano XT Rear and LX Front Derailleurs, Shimano XT Cantilever Brakes w/ Ritchey Brake Pads and Ringle “peace” brake cable holders , Shimano Cartridge Bottom Bracket 26.4 x 330 Syncros black seat post, Specialized Saddle, and a black Ringle seat post clamp. (Bike “as is” in photo. Wheel set, crank set, chain, pedals, etc. are not included)
I have the original hand signed card (see photo) with the signatures of the bike builders from Somerville, Mass. including Chris Chance. The bike has been well used and well loved with many miles left. It has some scratches and small dings, but nothing a new paint job can’t handle. My wife is pressuring me to clean out some of my old bikes so I am reluctantly looking for a loving buyer. Good luck bidding on this collector’s item! |
