| I had an Evans Lady Interceptor as a kid growing up. I am so interested in being able to find this same model. I also am interested in any information about the bike. I have seen on this site that it was a 1961. Does anyone have any other information about the bike and/or the company where it was made?|
Thanks so much for any help.
Your bike was made by the Evans Products Company in Plymouth, Michigan. The Interceptor was one of the lines of bikes made by them in that year (the other being the Viscount series). The series numbered from an Interceptor 100 to an Interceptor 600, with the 100 being the base model and the 600 being the dressed out version. I have a brochure from 1960 I would be glad to copy and send to you. Good luck in your search!
