that link worked for me. I am unaware of any organized interest in collecting postwar/pre-stingray children's bikes, and would appreciate hearing from, or about, such collectors. Value is determined by the buyer; if you auction it, it might help to list it as a toy as well as as a bicycle IMO. You could check with Copake or other auctioneers for an opinion. by: 209.7.150.163 |
Here's a way out there request. Anyone have the special freewheel that can slide on the driver instead of the fixed sprocket? The T/TF hub supposedly had this option of fixed/free if you had the freewheel addition for the driver. I also read about it on http://www.classiclightweights.co.uk/designs/hsasc.html after someone told me about the freewheel option. And if you have it, would you want to part with it? I have a TF with the barrel shifter and want the freewheel option. I also might be willing to trade my fixed TF, newly laced to a new Sun rim 26 x 1 3/8 with barrel shifter for a Sturmey AM on a nice, true rim with a shifter. Thanks for helping me find an asc axle everyone. best, nikos by: 71.120.220.77 |
Hi, I recently uncovered this nifty bike. It is a Columbia Torpedo - I don't know the year. I wish that I were the kind of person to restore it but I know that I am not. I wish to sell it but I have no idea how to even price it. Can anyone help me? I have a photo of it but I can't figure out how to load it here. by: 76.24.17.88 |

I have an old Atala Record Professional with Campy components. I'm having difficulty finding a value for it. It has original stickers but some frame rust. Offers are welcome. If I ride it I will probably beat on it more than it deserves so I am interested in parting with it. -Tim by: 65.175.159.69 |
I have a box full of NEW in packaging Shimano Front and Rear deraileurs. Some 400, but most are Suntour. I also have several boxes of used components I would like to part with. Please email me at too_wheels@hotmail.com for specifics. by: 67.165.207.53 |
Hi I am replying about these derailleurs. Do you have a list of what they are. And a price for all of them? thanks by: 68.9.240.238 |
