The fair price is determined by selling it.
To estimate its value you can compare it with similar others, so you need to know what you have. Begin by identifying every component on the bike. Hubs, derailleurs, cranks, calipers, levers, bars and stem distinguish one model from another. Many have dates of manufacture, and where they were made is significant. Visit retroraleighs.com and compare models until you can come close. Then, if you can't find a comparable on ebay, post again here with all the data. Note please that unless your bike has Campagnolo components or a full dress touring rig it isn't likely to be collectible. Lots of good bikes aren't worth much more than it costs to ship them.

Well its was nice to come across your posting for an Interceptor bicycle. My brother brought 1 down from California, and ask me to do so research on it. I believe he would like to sell it. However I do not know if is a 100. All I can go off is, that it is an Interceptor, That is printed on the chain guard.
