| I have a Mead Crusader that I am trying to find what year it was made and the value. The badge on the front reads: MEAD CYCLES, CRUSADER, CHICAGO USA. There is a serial number on the bottom of the bike. Looks like a C or G (not for sure), and then what appears to be 96063. Thanks for any help someone can give me and for your time!!|

| i have a columbia bike my parents bought me when i was a kid. tire size 24x2.125 on the rear sproket it shows new departure model d it has 50 some years of dirt on it ,tank horn, front and rear light and rear carrier. where do i find the serial number and does anyone know what a fair price for this bike would be? ps im 60 now|

they had Bluebirds,Falcon,Blackhawk,Oriole,Shallow,Silver Gull,Miss America,Robin,Twinbar,Ladys 4 Start, but like they say a pictures a thousands words, send me a picture,and we will find out what Elgin you have.
