I am looking for information on a 1964 stingray (K422393). The bike has a lucky 7 crank, spinger fork, small front wheel with drum brake, tall sissy bar with peace symbol. The frame was repainted so orig. color is unknown. Thanks, Chris by: 207.200.116.5 |
You can disassemble either the crank or the handlebar/fork combo and tap out either pair of cups to reveal the original color. As for the 16" wheel w/ drum brake, that feature sounds like someone took upon themselves to make a Krate, which came equipped w/ the 16" drum brake wheel, and Krates didn't come along until 1968; however, some pre-'67 Stingrays were equipped w/ springer forks. by: 199.179.239.97 |
