AGE / VALUE:   1963 Coppertone Sting Ray posted by: Michael Vannoy on 5/28/2006 at 10:01:24 AM
I posted my 63 Sting Ray on Ebay this week, 5-26-2006. I never would had thought in a million years this bike would get this much attention compared to a Disc brake Krate. I hope the new owner gets a chance to restore & enjoy it....unlike I did. Now I can enjoy a Krate sitting up in my attic needing much more attention.

Cheers people!

Its a stretch frame.Ive seen exact match on paint on a sears muscle bike. cant find one on the net on the web the has a three speed hub with a twist grip gear change. Anyway, any info on the bike would be great, But really needing a set of tires. Back says cheater slick 24x1.75, but says in small letters fit to 2.125 rim. Front tire says linear tread, 24x1&3/8. Any inf on bike or were to get tires would be greatlyt appreciated.
